We aim to work closely with homeowners, other landscapers, and general contractors. With our extensive network that supports sustainable practices, we specialize in water-wise plant material and irrigation systems, and synthetic turf installation. We also offer many services to help you source the best plant material to curate your ideal landscape. Founded in 2007 by Entrepreneur, Husband, and Father, John Beth, the Good Plant was created with 30 years of experience in the horticulture industry and a deep understanding of the business from the ground up. After learning the industry from every angle to effectively fill the gaps within the field, John’s purpose is rooted in providing the best quality plant material, with a dedicated focus on customer service. The Good Plant grew from John’s passion for working and learning alongside extraordinary people and enjoyment of watching projects blossom from start to finish.

Our business has always been woven by the threads of family. In light of those values, Jacob Beth, son of founder John Beth, joined TGP. He obtained his Landscaping Contractors License (C-27) shortly after joining the team to expand TGP's services and propel the growth of the business. With their combined expertise, John and Jacob complete custom residential work and tackle the commercial landscape world. Jacob creates personalized computer designs for your project and collaborates with you every step of the way to bring your landscape to life.
